  • Chives, fresh, chopped 24.0 g
  • Cheddar Cheese, shredded 50.0 g

Prepare the Meatloaf

Assemble the Burger

  • Meatloaf patties, prepared 10.0 each
  • Brown Gravy Mayonnaise, prepared 300.0 ml
  • Onion rings, fried 20.0 each
  • Cheddar and Chive Mashed Potatoes, prepared 600.0 ml
  • Texas toast, grilled 20.0 slices

A meatloaf patty grilled to order and topped with creamy cheddar and chive mashed potatoes, fried onion rings and a brown gravy mayonnaise.

Preparation

  1. Prepare Brown Gravy Mayonnaise

    • Combine ingredients and whisk until well combined. Hold refrigerated until service.
  2. Prepare Cheddar and Chive Mashed Potatoes

    • Fold in heavy whipping cream, chives and cheddar cheese to the prepared mashed potatoes. Hold hot for service.
  3. Prepare the Meatloaf

    • Combine all ingredients and form into a loaf. Bake at180 Cfor 1 hour. Set aside and cool.
    • For service, cut the loaf in 10 slices.
    • Cook each slice to order on a griddle.
  4. Assemble the Burger

    • Spread the brown gravy mayonnaise on each piece of toast. Add the griddled meatloaf patty, top with60 mlcheddar and chive mashed potatoes and 2 fried onion rings.
