Prepare the Cajun Mayonnaise Sauce

Prepare the Burger

  • Beef patties, cooked to desired doneness 10.0 each
  • Blue Cheese, crumbled 135.0 g

Assemble the Burger

  • Kaiser rolls 10.0 each
  • Cajun Mayonnaise, prepared 375.0 ml
  • Lettuce leaves 10.0 each
  • Onion 10.0 slices
  • Cajun Seasoning, prepared, as needed

Cajun spices within the mayonnaise heat up the traditional black and blue.

Preparation

  1. Mix the Cajun Seasoning

    • Combine all together and mix well.

     

  2. Prepare the Cajun Mayonnaise Sauce

    • Combine Hellmann's® Real Mayonnaise with Cajun seasoning and mix well.
  3. Prepare the Burger

    • Dust beef patties with Cajun seasoning on both sides.
    • Sauté burger to desired doneness and melt cheese on top.

     

  4. Assemble the Burger

    • Toast Kaiser Rolls.
    • Spread prepared Cajun Mayonnaise on buns.
    • Assemble the burger with remaining ingredients.
