Usage information
Preparation
Directions for small quantities: melt 90 g (approx. 3 oz) butter or margarine (not too hot). Blend in 60 g (2 oz) Hollandaise sauce mix. Mix and stir well. Add 350 ml (approx. 12 fl oz) cold water. Bring it to a boil and simmer for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Yield approx. 350 ml.
