Preparation

  1. Prepare The Dish

    • Prepare marinade by combining all ingredients and pureeing until smooth in a blender.
    • Use this to marinate the chicken for a minimum of 1 hour.
    • Grill chicken breasts to appropriate doneness and then chill.
    • Slice in 1/2 “ thick slices and reserve.
    • Top crust with Hellmann’s Ancho Chipotle Sauce.
    • Add toppings in the following order:
    1. Chicken
    2. Cheese
    3. Bell pepper
    4. Onions
    • Bake in a 450 Degree oven for 10-12 Minutes or until Cheese starts to brown nicely. Top with cilantro leaves, slice, drizzle with crema, and serve.
