  • Scallions, bunch, chopped 8.0 each

Preparation

  1. Prepare Spicy Cheddar Sauce

    • In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. 
    • Whisk in the flour and cook for 1-2 minutes until it forms a paste (roux). 
    • Gradually whisk in the milk until smooth. 
    • Add paprika and cayenne pepper. 
    • Bring to a simmer and cook until thickened, about 2-3 minutes. 
    • Remove from heat and stir in shredded cheddar cheese until melted and smooth.
    • Season with salt and pepper to taste
  2. Prepare Tater Tots

    • Preheat your oven according to the instructions on the tater tots packaging.
    • Arrange the frozen tater tots on a baking sheet and bake according to package instructions untilthey are golden and crispy.
  3. Assemble Poutine

    • Arrange cooked tater tots on serving plates. 
    • Spoon chopped kimchi over the tater tots. 
    • Scatter cooked spicy popcorn chicken on top of the kimchi
    • Drizzle the hot spicy cheddar sauce over the kimchi and popcorn
      chicken
  4. Prepare Chicken Gravy

    • Prepare Knorr Professional Chicken Gravy Mix according to package instructions
    • Pour Knorr Instant Chicken Gravy over the assembled poutine.
    • Garnish with thinly sliced scallions
