Prepare the Salad

  • Hellmann’s® Light Raspberry Vinaigrette 425.0 ml
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • Arugula, packed 100.0 g
  • Watermelon, medium dice 300.0 g
  • Melon (cantaloupe or honeydew), medium dice 310.0 g
  • Papaya, medium dice 280.0 g
  • Pineapple, medium dice 330.0 g
  • Celery, thin sliced 200.0 g
  • Basil, chiffonade 14.0 g
  • Tarragon, chopped 38.0 g
  • Prosciutto, fried until crispy, roughly chopped 350.0 g

A colorful summer salad of diced melon and arugula tossed in Hellmann’s® Light Raspberry Vinaigrette. Topped with crispy prosciutto for a salty crunch.

Preparation

  1. Prepare the Salad

    • Combine half of the Hellmann’s® Light Raspberry Vinaigrette Dressing with arugula and mix until the greens are coated.
    • Combine fruit, celery, herbs, black pepper, and remaining Hellmann’s® Light Raspberry Vinaigrette Dressing and mix until well coated.
    • Top the mixed arugula greens with the fruit salad. Garnish with prosciutto and serve.
