Prepare the Salad

  • Baby spinach, packed 2.2 kg
  • Parmesan, shaved 100.0 g
  • White button mushrooms, roasted, quartered 280.0 g
  • Shitake, roasted, thin slice 280.0 g
  • Baby Bella, roasted, thin slice 280.0 g
  • Red onion, sliced 200.0 g
  • Scallions, sliced 150.0 g
  • Lemon zest 60.0 ml
  • Sesame seeds, toasted 35.0 g

A mix of roasted mushrooms are coated with Hellmann’s® Sesame Thai Vinaigrette and soy sauce. Sprinkled with toasted sesame seeds and lemon zest for fresh umami flavor.

Preparation

  1. Prepare Sesame-Soy Dressing

    • Combine ingredients and whisk.
  2. Prepare the Salad

    • Combine Sesame-Soy Dressing, spinach, parmesan and mushrooms, and mix until evenly coated.
    • Top salad with remaining ingredients and garnish with shredded nori.
